HOW QUICKLY DO YOU ANSWER?

We answer all emails within 24 hours on business days. Email us at info@elektroskutt.com or use the contact form.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Trollhättan, Sweden, on business days. Delivery to France and Germany normally takes 3–5 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

To France and Germany, shipping costs €9.90 for orders under €100. Orders of €100 or more ship for free. For other countries, see our Shipping Policy.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

No. You can order as little as you need – even a single item.

CAN I BUY AS A BUSINESS?

Yes. Select that you are buying as a business in the cart and enter your company details. Businesses can pay by invoice with 30 days' payment terms via Billie. If you are a business in the EU with a valid VAT number, the order can be made without VAT (reverse charge) – use the same email address at checkout.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number. We do our best to make changes before the order leaves our warehouse, but once it has been shipped we can no longer change it.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Consumers in the EU always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Email us at info@elektroskutt.com before sending anything back. You arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. Read more in our Refund Policy.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR SOMETHING IS MISSING – WHAT DO I DO?

Contact us right away at info@elektroskutt.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are developed and manufactured in Sweden in close collaboration with electricians. Most of them are made from recycled plastic.

I'M NOT SURE WHICH PRODUCT FITS MY INSTALLATION.

Every product page lists the material and what the product is compatible with. If you are still unsure, email us with a short description or a photo of the installation and we will help you choose.
