Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Trollhättan, Sweden. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

France and Germany
Delivery time: 3–5 business days.
Shipping: €9.90 for orders under €100.
Free shipping on orders of €100 or more.

Other EU countries
Shipping: €17.95 for orders from €35.
Free shipping on orders of €60 or more.

Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Åland
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are not included and are paid by the recipient.

Carrier
We ship with UPS Standard. Smaller orders may be sent by post.

Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary, for example during holidays or due to delays at the carrier.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected time, contact us at info@elektroskutt.com with your name and order number and we will help you.
