Return/Refund Policy

RETURN DEADLINE:

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you always have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN:

Email us at info@elektroskutt.com with your name and order number before sending anything back. Then send the item to:

You arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself, using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund is made to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some additional time before your bank or card company posts the refund.

Items with obvious signs of use, or items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may only be eligible for a partial refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@elektroskutt.com and we will make it right. In these cases we cover the return shipping.
